With a legal background and over 15 years of experience in the accounting industry, Aja ensures promotes an outstanding learning experience by providing excellent support to both team members and clients. In addition to her wealth of knowledge and experience within the learning and development industry, Aja has the unique ability to understand the balance between the necessary requirements of licensure and the importance of quality learning in career development.

Aja is an essential part of the Spiirall team, as she works with every team member in every department. She is proud to provide administrative support for the team and Tier One support for our clients.

When she is not working, Aja loves to be outside. Some of her favorite pastimes include hiking with her dog Ruger, paddle boarding at the lake and spending time with friends and family. Additionally, Aja and her husband are proud parents of two incredible kids, and two beautiful grandchildren.  Her “co- worker,” Ruger, brings a smile to her face every day, as he loves pets, treats, long walks and playing in the snow.
