Andrea Peterson | Director of Client Strategy

As Director of Client Strategy, Andrea partners with clients, learners, and the Spiirall team to link learning outcomes to client firm strategies. Andrea’s entire career has been in the accounting industry. She loves to use her past experiences to put herself in her clients’ shoes, understand their wants and needs, and connect them with the Spiirall solution that will provide them with the most effective outcomes.

Andrea’s passion lies in creating a holistic approach to life-long learning. She enjoys meeting adult learners where they are to create a foundation for success as they continue their career journeys. She is proud to help professional service firms use learning to empower employees to be the best and most strategic version of themselves, all while having a little fun along the way!

Off the clock, Andrea can most likely be found outdoors. She’s an avid golfer, spending each Fall coaching at a local high school. She also enjoys gardening, hiking, boating, and engaging in friendly competitions from yard games to board games.

Andrea lives in Indianapolis with her husband, Nick. Together, they are (crazy dog) parents to Walker and Frankie, and a small jungle of house plants.
