Gina Anselmo brings more than 20 years of performance coaching, program development, teaching experience, organizational development and training experience supporting a range of settings and industries including public accounting, higher education, non-profit, and government settings. As a certified DiSC facilitator and coach, Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI Qualified Administrator), and MBTI Certified, Gina enjoys facilitating and utilizing various assessments to support professional growth and enhance perspectives of individuals, teams, and leadership. Most recently, Gina transitioned from her role as Talent Advisor supporting associates to manager level professionals in all service areas of tax, assurance, and advisory with performance coaching, customized programming, and special events. Prior to Gina’s time as a Talent Advisor, she served as an Organizational Developer creating large scale programming such as onboarding, faculty and staff professional development events, mentorship programs, and success skill workshop series. Gina also has an extensive background in higher education and non-profit roles supporting youth to career changing populations with career coaching, customized industry career exploration programming, and undergraduate and graduate teaching.
Gina’s philosophy within all of her expertise whether it be training and development, performance coaching, or course/program development has a constant through line of embedding innovation, self-awareness, empowerment, and intentionality when supporting clients and population served. To make a lasting impact, authentic relationship development, active listening, curiosity, and shared ownership of learning and problem solving is at the heart of each engagement. These elements are essential to ensure impact, purpose, and solving the “why” to motivation and change to be a better leader, teammate, and professional. Gina enjoys collaborating with others to enhance existing resources, leveraging strengths, and uncovering new ways to looking at traditional and trending challenges.
In Gina’s spare time, she is an avid advocate of animal welfare and enjoys volunteering as a dog walker and also camping, reading, hiking, and amateur gardening. Originally from Chicago, Gina lives in a suburb outside of the twin cities with her husband, Frank and wonder dog, Alice.
