Hayley DeMasie | Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Hayley keeps Spiirall running smoothly and assists the team with their needs. She works closely with the CEO and Directors to ensure Spiirall makes progress on its strategic objectives and team members work together to solve problems. Internally, she partners with operations vendors, oversees the company financials, works with the Media Manager on marketing strategy and execution, and partners with the Learning Operations Team to ensure the client learning experience is exceptional and flawless. She takes the same whole-hearted approach in her work with our clients, striving to make their lives easier and support them in any way she can. Hayley worked in the public accounting industry for over 15 years and understands the rewards as well as the pain points. She uses this knowledge with the skills and talents of the team to support clients in their talent initiatives.

Hayley combines a deep love for processes, efficiency, and consistency with a passion for relationship building. She joined Spiirall for the amazing opportunity to use her talents to help build a company (with an incredible team) that will improve people’s lives and change the public accounting industry and approach to learning and development.

Hayley lives in Anderson, Indiana, and spends time outside work with her husband, Grant, and son, John. She has two dogs, Gus and Max, and a duck, Mr. Dinkles. She enjoys baking, listening to podcasts, taking walks, and spending time with her friends and family.
