As Director of Client Strategy, Kevin partners with clients, learners, and the Spiirall team to link learning outcomes to client firm strategies. Kevin’s career has spanned a variety of industries, including technology, logistics, professional services and accounting. He loves to use his past experiences and his forward-thinking mentality to understand clients’ wants and needs. Kevin is dedicated to connecting clients with the Spiirall solution(s) that will provide them with the most effective outcomes.
Kevin believes that the roots of success depend on a deep-seated commitment to personal and professional development. Positioning learning as an instrumental factor in success, Kevin engages with clients in a manner that demystifies the complexities of learning gaps, illuminates strategies for developmental growth, and links tangible business outcomes to clients’ talent initiatives.
When not in the service of clients or team members, Kevin is usually found enjoying time with his wife, Kelly, and their six children. Additionally, Kevin is a voracious reader, a lover of all things outdoors, and an avid student of culture. Having spent time in over 20 countries, Kevin is fortunate to have experienced the diverse, captivating, and beautiful world in which we live.
Kevin lives in upstate South Carolina with his wife, Kelly. Together, they somehow manage to keep up with their four daughters and two sons.
