Zach Bekken thrives when he is empowering teams and individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve success. From developing processes and procedures that increase engagement, to delivering educational content while upskilling abilities, he is driven to provide excellent service and build relationships with clients.

With a background that includes accounting human capital, project management, higher education, and leadership development, Zach brings a comprehensive skillset to his role as a Learning Success Specialist with Spiirall. He is a lifelong learner and works with clients to ensure they receive the best learning experience through Spiirall’s platform and services. Zach has developed programs for onboarding and development, taught and mentored students, and volunteered time with committees to increase institutional effectiveness.

When he is not actively working, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife, Kate and their dog, Maverick. They live in Dallas, Texas, and relish opportunities to travel around the country and abroad. Going for long hikes or playing various sports are some of the hobbies he enjoys, along with cooking and reading.
